How credits work
Open tools are free
27 tools (weather, energy, statistics, law, parliament, place lookup and more) never use credits. Only the fair-use rate limit applies.
Premium calls cost a credit
The 9 premium tools (property, planning, protections, soil and the deeper CVR data) cost one credit per call. Credits reset on the 1st of each month, Danish time.
Failed calls are refunded
If a premium call ends in an error, the credit goes back. When credits run out, premium tools tell your agent and link here, and open tools keep working.

Billing questions
What counts as a call?
One tools/call to a premium tool uses its credits, whatever it returns. initialize, tools/list and open tools are free.
What happens when credits run out?
Premium tools return a clear message your agent can read, with the reset date and an upgrade link. Open tools keep working. Nothing is charged automatically.
When do credits reset?
At midnight on the 1st of each month, Danish time, on every plan. Unused credits don't roll over.
Do failed calls use credits?
No. A premium call that ends in an error is refunded straight away.
How do I cancel?
In the dashboard, choose Manage billing. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then the account moves to Free.
Who handles payment and VAT?
Polar is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, adds VAT where it applies and sends the invoices. Prices are shown without VAT.
